Naugatuck Organizations to Host Poetry Reading

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
March 19, 2008

NAUGATUCK - The Naugatuck Arts Commission and the Naugatuck High School Literary Club will co-host a community poetry reading on Friday, April 11 at 7:00 p.m.

This event will take place at the Naugatuck Historical Society on Water Street (train station). Poetry enthusiasts can expect to enjoy original poetry written by high school students and community members of all ages and an exciting open mic session. Refreshments will be served throughout the evening.

Anyone interested in participating in the open mic session should arrive at 6:30 p.m. to register and have their poetry reviewed.
